## Job Description
Position Title: Turn Around Project Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Branch Manager
Manages: Manages project personnel
Manage Projects, Turnarounds and Shutdowns in a managing or support roll capacity. Assist sales team in promoting Team as a Turnaround capable company.

On site Project management or project support assistance.
Routinely provide field support assistance with the following:
Project Management
Cost Control
Documents Control
Safety Management
Time Keeping Equipment Tracking
Provide onsite project support assistance as follows but not limited to:
Technical interpretation of specifications, codes, plans, documents, prints and procedures.
Cost Forecasting
Scheduling & Staffing
Monitoring Project Progress
Safety Enforcement
Administrative Reporting
Employee Evaluations

Eliminate redundant and non essential functions for efficient project execution.
Completing reports and internal paperwork
High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred;
Minimum of Fifteen (15) years experience in related services, with at least Three (3) years in a supervisory role;
Must have proven ability and efficiency in Microsoft Excel;
Must be moderately efficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and be able to work with Database programs;
Must have working knowledge of all Team service lines and product offerings, field experience in each service line preferred;
Must be well organized;
Good Communication Skills a must

Work is conducted in both field and office settings

Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds;
Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employee to communicate effectively;
Sufficient vision or other powers of observation, with or without reasonable accommodations, which permits employee to investigations;
Sufficient manual dexterity with or without reasonable accommodation, which permit the employee to perform routine office duties;
Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations to perform office duties and travel when necessary to off-site locations.
Sufficient personal mobility to maneuver within a refinery or plant environment to include the ability to gain access to elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
