Job Description
This person will be responsible for interfacing with industrial manufacturing customers, suppliers, sales representatives, and other employees in functional areas such as finance and production. Duties include job quotation, order entry, purchasing, status monitoring, and trouble shooting. This person will also be responsible for customer satisfaction, profit margins, and on-time delivery.
Major Areas of Accountability:
Solicit information from sales channels on repairs
Onsite Information
Repair Requirements
Prepare Quotations for sales channels
Source Parts & Assembly from shop, factory and vendors
Expedite & schedule shop, vendors and factory
Arranging special transportation requirements
Enter orders in Business Systems
Issue Purchase Order, Work Order and prints
Assure best price for required delivery
Export documentation
Update serial cards
Assist sales channels, Customers and Technicians on "fit for use" questions
Find alternatives to meet customer price & delivery (material and equipment substitutions)
Negotiating delivery prior to order entry and advising sales channels/customer of delays
Advise Management on human resources requirements, on time performance, and pricing/profitability
Enter labor and invoicing as needed
Train other customer service associates
Other functions as assigned and necessary
Minimum Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment required
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent time management proficiency
BS degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years experience with process controls, preferred
Inside technical sales aptitude
Microsoft office expertise (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Ability to type a minimum of 35-40 words per minute
Oracle experience a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
