Duties - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Follow maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Experience working with programmable lock systems.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order management and tracking is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
