Must reside locally! ESSENTIAL DAILY JOB FUNCTION Clean guest rooms thoroughly which includes but are not limited to stripping & making the bed, gathering & emptying the trash, cleaning mirrors, dusting furniture and fixtures, cleaning walls, and vacuuming Clean and inspect guest baths, which includes but is not limited to cleaning bath fixtures, commodes, floors, wall and mirrors to assure quality standards have been achieved.
Replenish guest rooms & baths with amenities, supplies, & linen in accordance to standards Inspect rooms for repairs or fixtures that are not working properly and make small repairs such as replacing batteries for remote control or replacing light bulbs.
Report request for repairs to supervisor or maintenance department in accordance with hotel procedure.
Achieve productivity and quality standards for cleaning rooms & baths Make sure all hallways, public areas, and public bathrooms are cleaned if assigned to you Before and after cleaning rooms & baths, store cart and supplies, & empty trash in accordance with hotel GUEST SATISFACTION Announce presence & enter guest rooms in accordance with standards & procedures Smile, acknowledge & greet guest in rooms &/or in passing in hallways & other public areas.
Respond to guest's request for additional supplies such as extra towels, ironing board, etc MUST BE LOCAL Job Types:
