Summary:
We are seeking an educated and enthusiastic Sports Performance Trainer with at least 5 years of experience to join our team.
As a Sports Performance Trainer, you will be responsible for educating and demonstrating various exercises.
This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and bring joy to people of all ages.
Duties:
- Instruct athletes on proper form and technique of various exercises - Train athletes in speed development and agility - Create a structured training environment for athletes - Provide nutritional advise in weight management for athletes - Motivate and encourage athletes to strive for excellence in achieving their goals Skills:
- Strong physical abilities and coordination to perform various routines and exercise movements - Experience working with adults, students or children in a teaching or coaching setting - Excellent communication skills to engage with the athletes - Knowledge of various weightlifting principles and techniques (Olympic lifting, power lifting, etc.
) - Ability to adapt to different age groups - Speed development, agility, sports nutrition, strength and conditioning - Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other trainers and staff members If you have a passion for training athletes of all ages in sports performance and fitness, we would love to hear from you.
