Responsibilities:
- Perform notarial acts, including acknowledgments, oaths, affirmations, and jurats - Verify the identity of individuals signing documents - Ensure the legality and authenticity of documents - Maintain accurate records of notarial acts performed - Provide exceptional customer service to clients - Answer client inquiries and provide information about notary services - Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion Skills:
- Excellent sales and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients - Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, to communicate with a diverse clientele - Strong data entry skills to accurately record notarial acts - Ability to make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with clients - Upselling skills to promote additional services offered by the notary public - Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving a wider range of clients - Analytical skills to review documents for accuracy and completeness - Effective communication skills to explain notarial processes and requirements to clients Note:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
