This position handles all bookkeeping-Including, but not limited to, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, oversees payroll, etc.

We have been in business for 34 years! Responsibilities Document, monitor and update accounting policies Ensure all payments are completed on time (including accounts payable and bank deposits) Analyze costs and assist in maximizing profits Report on financial status on a regular basis and create reports when needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems Perform internal audits and assist with external audits Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations Supervisory experience Ability to supervise a team of 4 to 6 employees carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policy Interview, hire, and train employees Human resources experience Sales Tax experience ability to process sales tax for multiple states ability to complete full month end close process Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Skills Organized Work experience as a Controller or similar role Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Hands-on experience with general ledger accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Experience with cash management and risk assessment Good knowledge of Quickbooks Attention to detail Ability to work with tight deadlines Bachelors in Accounting or Finance Job Type:
