Furnace and Tube Service is in need of a recruiting assistant to join our team.
We are looking for someone with drive, organization, and determination.
While some experience with recruiting would be preferred, we are looking to find someone we can train to become a lead recruiter.
As long as you have good computer skills, drive, and organization, experience is not required.
Essential Job Duties:
Data Entry- Entering employee training and medical test results into database-following up on expired employee training.
Scheduling employees in various safety councils/clinics Scheduling DISA tests/ordering and inquiring on employee background checks.
Creating crew rosters and communicating with onsite supervision for manpower changes.
Creating Ad's and Job openings as needed.
Onboarding Process- Collecting new hire documents, entering new hires into data base Sending/tracking documents via DocuSign.
Experience:
1 - 3
years in an office setting preferred but we are looking for someone that we can train Prefer experience working with various safety councils, medical clinics, DISA Ability to follow client protocol/procedures to ensure the job run smoothly Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel Experience in ViewPoint software preferred Attention to detail, organized, ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Attentive, strong communication skills, team-oriented attitude, committed to getting the task complete.

We would like someone to join our team that is determined and committed to work hard to ensure all tasks are completed on an emergency basis.
Compensation:
This is an hourly full-time position, Furnace and Tube is a 24/7 emergency response and Turnaround company.
Office hours are M-T 7am-4:
30pm (36+Hours) Must have open availability to work Friday/Weekends if needed.
Available to be on-call every other week- Will be provided with a company cell phone/lap top for home use.
FTS offers full benefits and vacation package for this position.
