Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter/HR Specialist to join our client's team.
As a key member of our client's HR department, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to drive our company's success.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Supplying manpower on a 24/7 emergency basis.
Maintain compliance within client protocol and contracts.
Provide assistance to onsite supervisors regarding manpower, employee training, schedules, etc.
Create crew rosters and communicate with onsite supervision for manpower changes.
Maintain random drug screen roster and policies.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay informed about current recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Data Entry- Entering employee training and medical test results into database-following up on expired employee training.
Schedule employees in various safety councils/clinics.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training schedules.
Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period, addressing questions and providing guidance as needed.
Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 3 +years in Industrial recruiting experience 5
years in an office setting 3
years human resource management experience Experience working with various safety councils, medical clinics, DISA-HIGHLY PREFERRED Ability to follow client protocol/procedures to ensure the job runs smoothly.
Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience in ViewPoint software preferred Attention to detail, organized, ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Attentive, strong communication skills, team-oriented attitude, committed to getting the task complete.
