As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and assisting with daily office tasks.
Responsibilities - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and organizing documents - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with data entry, file management, payroll, and record keeping - Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing -Social media marketing Experience - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Experience with phone systems and customer service is a plus - Previous experience as a personal assistant, medical receptionist, or in order entry is beneficial If you are a motivated individual with strong administrative skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.
